DONGSHANG Stainless produces welded stainless steel boiler tube as ASTM A249 and ASME SA249 specification, TP 316Ti stainless steel grade exhibits high strength and good corrosion resistance, these properties give TP316Ti stainless steel wide applied for boiler, heat exchanger, condenser and super heater system.
We use TIG welding technology to produce welded stainless steel tube for boiler system, cold drawing and calibrating outside & inside welding seam, controlling tolerance should be accordance with ASTM A1016/M specification, annealing & picking or bright annealing for option.

TP 316Ti Stainless Steel
TP 316Ti stainless steel is a wide used Austenitic grade, The molybdenum content and Titanium give 316Ti better overall corrosion resistant properties. titanium content is typically around 0.5%, adding the titanium can stabilise the structure of the 316 at temperatures over 800°C. it prevents carbide precipitation at the grain boundaries and protects the metal from corrosion.

Wall thickness
Wall thickness tolerances shall be ±10 % of nominal wall for all tubing sizes, if required, minimum wall is available.
Surface Condition
The tubes, after final heat treatment, shall be chemically descaled or pickled free of scale. When bright annealing is used, pickling or chemical descaling is not necessary.
